The team at Hamish Keogh personal fitness training will visit you in the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you or we can meet you at your office or one of our gym facilities if this is more convenient. We will bring all the equipment you need to exercise effectively.

Consultation

At our first meeting, your personal trainer will find out more about your exercise, diet and health history by asking you a few questions. The information is treated with complete confidentiality and forms the basis of a discussion about what you want to achieve from your individual programme.

Fitness assessment

Your personal trainer will assess your personal health and fitness using several key measures:

  • Heart rate
  • Blood pressure
  • Body composition and measurement
  • Cardiovascular fitness
  • Strength and flexibility

The consultation and fitness assessment results will be developed into a unique exercise and eating plan for you. This will be designed to start slowly and then be adapted to improve your fitness level over time to encourage positive results.
